Forward for my book

Front Cover------------------------ Back Cover

If ever there was a "Daddy's Girl", Sherri Walker was and is still to this day that girl, even though her father Charles Edward, is resting with Jesus, he will always be alive in her heart. It is a great joy to see the light dance in her eyes and feel the warmth and love as Sherri shares the many warm and wonderful memories of her Dad. My mind travels back to her childhood days and I can see this very energetic little girl anxiously waiting to see his face at the end of his day of work. He was dedicated to providing the needs and wants of his family. Sherri was brought up in a loving home by her mother and father and I am sure that this greatly contributes to the strong God fearing woman that she is today. Her husband is the envy of many men and her children rise up daily and call her blessed.

I can well assure you that as you read this book, you will be moved beyond words as she shares the love the Father in Heaven has for us, the importance of putting on love and the legacy of her Dad's love and life. Sherri has a zest for life that is very contagious, she fulfills the scripture John 10:10, "I come that you might have life and have it more abundantly". Her very presence in a room will inspire you to the fullest. Her father rests knowing that her mother will be taken care of because Sherri has very strong family values and is well equipped because of her upbringing to handle any situation that life has to offer. Some of her final words with her beloved father were I love you Daddy, it will be okay, don't worry or be afraid. At that point he begin to gracefully embrace his entrance to be with the Father and take his well deserved rest.

Prepare to enjoy this book, as Sherri Walker pours out her heart and soul upon the pages. You will be both blessed and impressed as she shares much that will cause you to think about life and the importance of showing love one to another. Her Dad looks down and is proud of his precious daughter who adoringly told him not only in his final hours, but often,"I Will Always Be Your little girl"!! Sherri adds that although her dad is no longer with her in the flesh he remains with her in spirit. To her he was a special Man Amongst Men!!
